Random Generator ("we", "our", "the site") doesn't require an account and doesn't collect personal information to operate. This policy explains what limited data is processed while you use the site, mainly through third-party advertising.
Each generator runs entirely in your browser. The results you land on, your filter and amount selections, the setups your generators remember, your favourites, any generators you build yourself, and your recent history are kept on your own device in your browser's local storage — they are never sent to or stored on our servers, and we can't see them. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes all of it, and Settings has a “Forget all setups” button for the saved generator setups on their own. We don't use first-party tracking cookies or accounts.
We use Google AdSense to show ads on this site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or the industry opt-out at aboutads.info/choices. You can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visits in aggregate — which pages are visited and roughly how often. It works without cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not store personal identifiers: visitors are counted via a temporary hash that cannot be traced back to you and is discarded within a day. We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how quickly pages load and how quickly the site responds when you tap or click — the browser's own Core Web Vitals, reported as timings. It runs on the same basis as the analytics above: no cookies, no identifier that follows you between sites or between visits, and no record of what you generated or which results you got. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
