A standard 75-ball bingo card is a five-by-five grid under the letters B, I, N, G and O, and each letter's column draws from its own band of fifteen numbers: B from 1 to 15, I from 16 to 30, N from 31 to 45, G from 46 to 60 and O from 61 to 75. The centre square is usually free. That banding is what makes a card a bingo card -- twenty-five numbers picked from 1 to 75 at large would let one column fill up with numbers from the sixties, and a called line would be almost impossible.

Numbered cards are built column by column, each column sampling without replacement from its own band of fifteen -- so every card is a valid bingo card rather than twenty-five numbers in a grid. Word cards draw from your list the same way, so a list longer than twenty-four gives every card a different selection. All of it uses your browser's cryptographically secure randomness, and your word list never leaves your device.

Yes. Switch to "Your own words" and paste a list. You need at least 24 entries with a free centre, or 25 without. A longer list is better: every card then draws a different selection from it.

For numbered cards, effectively never -- there are more possible cards than there are atoms in a person, so a repeat is not something you will see. With a word list of exactly 24, every card necessarily holds the same 24 words, arranged differently.
